On February 23, 1989, the Connecticut Girls Soccer Coaches Association (CGSCA) was established for the purpose of promoting girls’ soccer at the high school level and recognizing girls varsity soccer players in the state of Connecticut.
Membership in the CGSCA will offer you and your players the following benefits:
- Automatic membership in the United Soccer Coaches which increases Connecticut eligibility for All-American Teams.
- Opportunity for your players to be eligible for CGSCA scholarships.
- Opportunity for individual CGSCA player Awards.
- Opportunity for individual CGSCA Team Awards.
- Opportunity for involvement on boards, and committees to enhance soccer in Connecticut
